Order policies & terms.
Short and clear — this is what applies to every Threedime custom figure order.
Shipping
Figures are packed in hard foam, bubble wrap and a box, then sent by courier. Shipping cost and delivery area are confirmed in chat when you order. Production takes about 10 working days after the render is approved, not including shipping time. Check the parcel on arrival; if there is shipping damage, photograph it and contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can help look into it.
Payment
Orders can start on WhatsApp, Instagram DM, TikTok, or on Shopee and Tokopedia. For chat orders, payment is by bank transfer or QRIS; send proof of payment over WhatsApp so we can match it to your order. Prices on the site are in Indonesian Rupiah and apply once the estimate is confirmed.
Revisions & quality check
Before printing you receive a 3D render to review and can ask for up to 3 revisions at that stage. Once the render is approved, production starts and the figure follows the final design you approved. Every figure is quality-checked before packing.
Photos & privacy
The photos and references you send — through the order form or chat — are used only to make your figure and are not shared with anyone else. If you want your photos deleted after the order is complete, say so in chat. Photos of finished figures may appear in our gallery or social media; if you'd rather your figure isn't shown, tell us when you order. This site uses Google Analytics for visitor statistics.
